Pullinfuego Card Shop is fully committed to PCI compliance and providing all of our customers with a secure checkout solution. We DO NOT store any credit card or financial data on our servers.

III. Purchase Information

With your purchase you are purchasing a Video Link to be able to watch sports cards being opened . The bonus to your purchase is a team in that box or case of  sports cards. You are buying into a box break or a case break. You will not receive un-opened boxes/cases. You will receive all cards from the team you select or are assigned in the case of a random break. Double sells do happen to the amount of traffic we get on our site. We go by whomever bought them first with lowest order number. Order numbers can be provided via request.

 

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products are shipped within 3-5 business days through USPS. International orders may take one week to 3 weeks to receive. Shipping varies by country. Higher valued cards will require a signature. Pullinfuego llc Card Shop is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.  Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance. Pullinfuego llc card Shop is also not responsible for "perceived"  value of card. We can only go by what the hobby box sells for and what the break spot costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As of 11/1/2016 International Shipping is a mandatory $10 first time payment if you would like your hits shipped out with the next batch of breaks.  Each break after the initial $10 payment is received you must pay an additional $2.50 in shipping (if you'd like cards to be sent on our very next regular shipping day).

If you would like your cards/hits to be shipped out FOR FREE with the next international batch; these will ship FOR FREE on the 15th of every month (1 time per month).

PLEASE NOTE: Pullinfuego llc card shop will not be responsible for International Packages Getting lost by customs or not arriving at there destination. United States Postal Service only offers tracking while package is still in states.  No Refunds or Replacements will be issued once tracking number is produced . If you would like to ship more securely please contact us and we can workout a UPS or Fedex Quote for you. You are abiding by these terms when checking out and acknowledging the terms and conditions 

 

1. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final after or during break. You can cancel up to 48 Hours prior to schedule of break

1. Skunking or Not getting hits in breaks

Pullinfuego llc Card shop sends out base cards on all pick your team cases (Unless Stated This will be listing dependant).

VII. Multiplayer Cards

On any hits (Jersey's or Auto's) we random based on how many teams are represented on the card.  For example,  if there are 4 teams on the card, the breakers involved in the random will be based off of the teams breakers own. Base cards with multiple players will go to the team on the left or top of the card.

Your Acceptance of These Terms

By using this site, you signify your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy, please do not use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Web site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.

Cards without a team (USA or College Cards) When sold as a pro team break
Any break that is sold by Pro team and has college or USA Players the card will go to the team the player is currently on for that particular year of product. If its a retired player it will go to the team he played the most years with.

 

Live Chat Trading Rules
Trades must be confirmed by live chat host. We may use our discretion to confirm trades via email with both parties. If trading combo teams customer must trade both teams to be fair as spot price is equal.

 

BREAK LISTINGS

Pullinfuego llc may use promotional pictures of cards to advertise their breaks on their website. Pullinfuego llc may also advertise cards/items using social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, Ustream, et al.). Pictures are for demonstration purposes only and may not be indicative of product configuration or break results. Pictures in break listings may come from manufacturer sell sheets or publicly displayed/available pictures (via Google Images).  Original copyright retained by original owner(s) of product pictures (including sports card manufacturers). Use of promotional pictures originating from Pullinfuego llc including break highlights) should comply with Pullinfuego llc attribution.  Pullinfuego llc will comply with providing picture credit to the owner(s) upon request; please contact us using the e-mail link below, and the subject line "Picture Credit".

 

Charging Back (Back Charging) Via Paypal

By reading these terms and services you are hereby acknowledging your purchase.  If you do not receive a single card in a break you are acknowledging that you will not back charge Pullinfuego llc.
